Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake Recipe
Strapped for the time in the morning consider this quick protein-packed recipe to start your day!
Ingredients:
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1 medium banana (option of frozen banana)
- 1 tablespoon or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter: Substitute with any nut butter (consider using chunky nut butter for texture)
- 2 tablespoons shaved coconut
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 10 oz unsweetened almond or cashew milk
Directions:
- Add all ingredients in blender
- Blend until smooth
- ENJOY!!
