Q: When do these new fees take effect?
A: This new fee schedule is effective starting January 1, 2026. Services rendered prior to this date will adhere to the fee structure in place at that time.

Q: Why are the first two appointments the same cost but different lengths?
A: Both the Initial and Second Appointments require a significant amount of your Naturopathic Doctor’s time outside of the consultation hour for detailed history review, research, and analysis of your lab results. The fees reflect the comprehensive preparation and post-visit charting required to establish a thorough treatment plan, ensuring the highest level of personalized care.

Q: Will I be charged for lab fees or supplements?
A: The fees listed below cover the Naturopathic Doctor's consultation time and expertise. They do not include the cost of recommended supplements, specialty lab testing, or imaging. These costs are separate and will be discussed during your consultation.

​QCan I submit the Superbill for these fees to my insurance?
A: Yes. We can provide you with a Superbill for all services rendered, which you can submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. This must be requested within 5 days of your completed appointment.
