Comprehensive Health History Intake & Initial Assessment
A deep dive into your health history and concerns. This visit focuses on gathering history and ordering labs/imaging. No treatment prescriptions are made at this time.
Established Patient
Second Appointment
Treatment Plan Development & Detailed Lab Review
A comprehensive review of your lab results and the delivery of your detailed, personalized treatment plan to address findings.
Established Patient
Ongoing Care
Optimization & Maintenance
Used for your 4–8 week check-in to tweak your plan, or for ongoing support for patients seen within the last 3 years on an active treatment plan.

Naturopathic Health Coaching
A personalized approach to wellness focusing on holistic health and preventive care. Ideal for individuals outside of CT or CT residents seeking standard health coaching over complex medical management.

Audio-Only Phone Consultation
Intended for established patients to check in with their provider to maintain care. Includes updating medical concerns and requesting lab test orders.
Requirement: You must have been seen within the past 3 years. If not, you will need to re-establish care as a new patient.
