Effective January 1, 2026, Healing Duo Integrative Family Medical Practice and its physicians will be transitioning to an out-of-network status with all health insurance plans.

What This Means for Your Care:

Current Patients: All services provided on or after January 1, 2026, will be billed directly to you. Depending on your specific plan, you may still be able to submit a claim for out-of-network benefits (often called a "superbill"). We encourage you to contact your insurance provider now to understand your out-of-network coverage and reimbursement rates.

New Patients: Between now and January 1, 2026, we strongly encourage all prospective new patients to confirm they are able and willing to continue their care with us under the new out-of-network model.

Fee Schedule: An updated, transparent fee schedule reflecting this change will be posted on our website as we enter 2026.
