A Simple 3-Step Process for Working with Our Office
Easily Book Your Appointment
Call us or book online to set up your first appointment with Dr. Giovanni Nelson or Dr. Pamela Santapaola.
Before your visit, you'll fill out some forms online to tell us about your health.
Attend Your First Visit Virtual or In-person
Your first visit will last about 30 to 60 minutes directly with your doctor.
During this time, the doctor will talk with you about your health concerns and may do a physical exam if needed.
Complete Your Labs and Get a Custom Treatment Plan
After your first visit, the doctor will email a detailed health plan just for you.
A follow-up visit will be scheduled to review your lab results within 1-2 weeks (depending on processing times at the lab). Here we will fine tune your individualized plan for best results.
